Your 5 heart stories

Origin Story 

How did your business come into being and why? This is where you've come from; the experiences that have shaped who you are, and the unique perspective and gifts you bring. 

Growth Story 

Your challenges and experiences are all part of your story. They shape you, what you’re passionate about, and the way you do things. Your growth stories create empathy, connection, and trust. 

Purpose Story 

Your purpose stories show your 'why' or core belief. These stories connect with the people who resonate with what you stand for. 

Transformation Story 

Transformation stories show the impact you create through your work. They could be stories of clients you've worked with or from your own journey. 

Vision Story 

Your vision invites people to be part of something bigger and gives them a reason to join you. What impact do you want to make through your work? 


What does it look like?

Three 90-minute sessions (in person or on Zoom) 

Session 1: Story Foundations 

We'll create the foundations you need to craft your business messaging and stories: your why, purpose, values, what you do and who you help. 

We'll begin exploring your Heart Stories through journaling and workshopping. 

Between sessions, I'll ask you to complete a workbook of prompts and questions to help shape your Five Heart Stories. I’ll use your words to create first drafts. 

Session 2: Refining Your Stories and Messaging 

We'll work through your Heart Stories together. 

We'll also refine your core business message (purpose, vision, values, mission, one-line pitch) and voice.  

I’ll create final drafts of your stories and messaging for you to approve. These will form part of your Story Bank and Brand Heart documents (see below).  

Session 3: Bringing Your Stories to Life 

We'll plan how and where to use your Heart Stories and messaging to create the impact you want. This could be on your website, in your content, social bios, presentations, or in conversations. 

We'll brainstorm ideas for further content and stories to continue building your Story Bank. 

The process includes:

 ✨ Workbooks to help explore and craft your stories between sessions 

 ✨ Light-touch email support and a shared online space to store and develop your stories 

✨ A mix of coaching, creativity, and strategic thinking

Your Heart Stories become the foundation of your:

  • Services - your Transformation Story 

  • All your messaging and calls to action 

Cost: £600 for 4 pages (usually home, about, services and contact). Additional pages are £100 each.

Story Coaching

Ongoing support to develop your content and storytelling skills and build trust in your voice. 

This is for you if:

  • You want to develop your storytelling craft to communicate more effectively

  • You’d like help to review and refine your messaging and online content 

  • You need support creating story-led content consistently 

  • You're working on a specific project (book, talk, content series) 

  • You want accountability and feedback as you share your stories 

  • You've completed Heart Stories and want ongoing support 

what does it look like?

1-hour sessions (on Zoom or in person, depending on location) 

Coaching on your storytelling approach and techniques 

Tips and tools to help make your content more engaging and impactful 

Journaling prompts and exercises between sessions 

I've found a minimum of 3 sessions works best for real benefit. This also includes light-touch email support between sessions and a shared workspace to develop your stories together. 

You’ll develop:

  • Skills to identify which stories to share and when 

  • Confidence sharing personal stories in your content 

  • A growing Story Bank for different contexts 

  • Your unique voice and storytelling style 

  • Ease with vulnerability and being real on your own terms

6 sessions £720

Additional sessions cost £120 per hour

Content is a beautiful form of self-expression that can serve us, our business, and our audience.  

Love Your Content is a month-long container where we work together to create a content strategy that feels purposeful, joyful and sustainable, and grounded in your stories. 

This is for you if:

  • You have stories but don't know how to turn them into content
